Strength fusion is a blend of classic mat Pilates with a hint of yoga, coupled with body/weight strength training. Lynn will lead you through a 45 minute high energy workout, designed to challenge you, increase your strength, stamina and mobility, all whilst having fun! This class is suitable and adaptable for ALL LEVELS AND ABILITIES. So, grab your mat and water bottle and push your limits!
