9D BREATH WORK – DEEP DIVE INTO YOUR MIND 

Regeneration & Inner Child down regulation 

Reconnect with a deep sense of relaxation, grounding, and wholeness. This journey goes beyond traditional somatic practices, engaging the vagus nerve and activating the parasympathetic "rest and digest" side of the nervous system. Through a blend of hypnotherapy, subliminal messages, visualization, and deliberate breathing techniques, this down-regulation journey guides you to a state of profound calm and tranquillity whilst also visiting your inner child. You will also receive a Reiki healing during your 9D breathwork journey. 


YIN YOGA – BODY MELTING (stiffness is trapped stress) 

Yin Yoga is meditative flow, inviting your body and mind to stillness and calmness. Our body (soma) is sending us signals about our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Yin yoga offers us space to relearn ourselves to listen to this inner voice and intuition.   

Yin Yoga is a combination of the traditional teaching of Hatha Yoga and Chinese Medicine. Chi - the life energy - flows along the meridians, if you are healthy. Chi that is blocked or overabundant near specific energy points, causes illness, pain or stress, we will choose flow to unblock the stress. 

SOUND BATH – GENTLE BREEZE (welcome back) 

Everything moves and vibrates from the smallest molecule to the universe. When we are ill or when we are stressed, in fear or anxious, it creates an imbalance in our organs and cells and the vibrations get lower. We feel low in energy. By using bowls and other instruments, it increases the vibrations in our body and it makes us feel better and heal us, as it realigns the frequency. The sound makes the brain move into the Theta brain wave frequency (meditation state). The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting stress or pain. It works on all levels: Physically, Mentally, Spiritually and Emotionally.  



Feel free to bring to the studio your yoga bolster, cushions, blankets, anything what will make you feel lovely and comfortable in your practise.
