YIN YOGA – BODY MELTING (stiffness is trapped stress)
Yin Yoga is meditative flow, inviting your body and mind to stillness and calmness. Our body (soma) is sending us signals about our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Yin yoga offers us space to relearn ourselves to listen to this inner voice and intuition.
Yin Yoga is combination of traditional teaching Hatha Yoga and Chinese Medicine. Chi - the life energy - flows along the meridians if you are healthy. Chi that is blocked or overabundant near specific energy points causes illness, pain or stress, we will choose flow to unblock the stress.

This experience is perfectly tailored for those struggling with stress and anxiety. It's an optimal first-time journey for individuals with contraindications or to wind down and ground yourself. This offers a gentle escape from anxiety, introducing tranquillity and balance which we all need in the run up to Christmas. By partaking, you can ease into the realm of breath work, fostering a restful connection with your inner calm. We will be doing deep belly breathing, coherent breathing, box breathing, and the 4:2:6 method - it blends a harmonious rhythm of relaxation techniques.
SOUND BATH – GENTLE BREEZE (welcome back
Everything moves and vibrates from smallest molecule to universe. When we are ill or when we are stressed, in fear, anxious, it makes an imbalance in our organs and cells and the vibrations get lower. We feel low on energy. By using bowls and other instruments, it increases the vibrations in our body and it makes us feel better and heal us as it relines the frequency. The sound makes the Brain to move into Theta brain wave frequency (meditation state). The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting stress or pain. It works on all levels: Physically, Mentally, Spiritually and Emotionally.
Feel free to bring to studio your yoga bolster, cushions, blankets, anything what will make you feel lovely and comfortable in your practise.
