Lovely Lynn will take you each Tuesday through fantastic stomach and deep core sequence which will support your general spinal health, burn your visceral body fat and flatten your stomach. 

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

The goal is to be in total control of your body as you move. That requires beginning from your central core muscles and using the stability these muscles provide to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities. This is no easy feat, which is what makes Pilates a great way to build strength and stamina.
