Menopause is a natural process that every woman will go through and , for some, may not even know how they are feeling is a symptom of the menopause . 

Menopause Yoga is there to educate, empower and embrace these changes and take back control.  It seeks to rebalance and alleviate the perimenopause symptoms.

We cannot accept cancellations within 7 working days of the workshop commencing.  If you cancel between 8 to 14 working days before the workshop we can refund 50% of the purchase price.
