SUN SOLSTICE CELEBRATION UNDER THE SKY

Sun Solstice is approaching and we are going to celebrate! This time surrounded by nature at the lake in Jess’s fields. Only 7 minutes drive from studio. 

We will move through all different versions of Sun Salutations, create beautiful Vinyasa flows inspired by Ashtanga practise to energise, stretch and strengthen every single muscle and bone in our bodies. 

We are the closest to the sun that we will be all year, our spirits are alive, we feel refreshed and energised. We can bath in the energy of sun and celebrate this moment by dynamic yoga practise.

We will finish the day with beautiful sound bath and meditation under the sky.
