In our studio, especially in the beginners classes, we are proud to offer the exclusivity of the small classes with small numbers so our teachers can take care of safety and the correct practice of our clients so they can feel the benefits within a few sessions.
After 5-6 weeks attending this class you will then be able to enter classes of any yoga studio and style.
