CLASS FULL - WAITLIST AVAILABLE
Brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, ReformerFlow is the way to go. The class flows through movements using smooth transitions using traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises working in planes of motion (think laying down, sitting, kneeling, standing - all the things). Our workout selection will start with basic movements and level in to more challenging options for you to take when you feel ready. We offer hands on corrections (with your permission) and have a high attention to detail which we layer in as your practice advances. 

We aren't big on rules but here are some guidelines to Pilate by:
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all our classes, if you are unable to attend please change your class via punchpass or let us know via message. Failure to provide adequate notice means you will loose your pass. We hate to do it, we gotta
- If you have an injury, that's cool, but please let us know BEFORE you attend the class so we can make sure that classes are the safest place for you to be ([email protected])
- You will need grippy socks for safety and hygiene purposes, we do have socks available for purchase when you are full force committed
- If it is your first time with us, please arrive 5 mins early so we can run you through the anatomy of your reformer and you can fill us in on your body. 
- Please stay home if you're sick, if your babes are sick please don't bring them to class. 
- Kids in the studio. This is entirely up to you but we do have 10 in a class with moving parts so your little one will have to be entertained and able to chill for 45 minutes. Older kids are absolutely fine, we have a big deck space.
