INTERMEDIATE CLASS LEVEL - for the experienced mates who are looking for an extra zing in their Pilates pizazz. This class builds on your Pilates knowledge through the intermediate/advance moves, snappy transitions and props. With your safety in mind, we ask that you do not attend if you have an injury that requires modification, are prenatal or are brand new to Pilates. 

We aren't big on rules but here are some guidelines to Pilate by:
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all our classes, if you are unable to attend please change your class via punchpass or let us know via message. Failure to provide adequate notice means you will loose your pass. We hate to do it, we gotta
- If you have an injury, that's cool, but please let us know BEFORE you attend the class so we can make sure that classes are the safest place for you to be ([email protected])
- Please stay home if you're sick, including sick kids.
- You will need grippy socks for safety and hygiene purposes, we do have socks available for purchase when you are full force committed
- If it is your first time with us, please arrive 5 mins early so we can run you through the anatomy of your reformer and you can fill us in on your body. 
- Kids in the studio. This is entirely up to you but we do have 10 in a class with moving parts so your little one will have to be entertained and able to chill for 45 minutes. Older kids are absolutely fine, we have a big deck space.
