Pilates Master Practitioner, Yoga Master, Correction Exercise Specialist - Jan has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 35 years and has been evolving since the dance aerobic days of Jazzercise to the truest form of Yoga and Pilates. Her love of dance, movement, Yoga and Rhythmic Body Sculpting led her to the world of Pilates training under the direction of three of the most influential leaders in the Pilates world today! Through Jan’s extensive training, she has been able to develop a highly effective training methodology utilizing her knowledge, education and understanding of movement applications. This enables Jan to work closely with clients and offer them a personalized workout for the best results. After numerous surgeries due to a serious injury to her neck and spine, Pilates training, traditional and evolved, helped Jan to regain movement, strength and flexibility enabling her to continue on in her high energy active Life! Jan has a ift of understanding an individual's desire to live a healthier life and her dedication, enthusiasm, creativity and continued education, helps all clients reach their goals. Jan holds a degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology and holds numerous certifications in Yoga, Neuromuscular/Skeletal Therapy, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Life Coaching.
