With a focus on balance, mobility, and functional strength, each class uses low-impact, intentional movement to support everyday activities like walking, reaching, and getting up and down with ease. Led by an experienced exercise specialist with a Pilates-informed approach, this class meets you where you are and helps you build consistency at your own pace. You will be part of a welcoming, encouraging environment where the goal is not intensity, but longevity, independence, and feeling good in your body every day.
