Move with purpose, ease, and confidence.  Connected Movement blends gentle, continuous motion with functional stretching to help you increase mobility, build strength, and improve balance for everyday life. This class focuses on smooth transitions, joint-friendly movement patterns, and stretches that support real-world activities—so you feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to your body.  Chair, Floor and Wall along with props to enhance and allow your best class. Saturday class will be floor based.

Expect a welcoming pace, clear guidance, and a sequence designed to help you move better both in and out of the studio. Ideal for all levels, especially those looking to enhance daily function, reduce stiffness, and enjoy a feel-good flow.
