Relaxing restorative floor-based yoga stretches using props like bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks.  This practice encourages softness and ease in the physical tissues, with feelings of greater calmness and acceptance for the mind. This class is open to all levels and suitable for most injuries.  
PLEASE NOTE: It can also be done in a chair if one is unable to sit on the floor.

Good for Beginner's, Recovering from Injury, Mobility Issues, anyone who wants more freedom in their joints and muscles.
