The "PE" includes mat work, standing work as well as Barrel work, which is not offered anywhere in the East Valley except here at LIW!

This class structure, designed by Jan,  gives you improved abdominal flexibility, balance and body awareness.  It is designed to have fun, learn about Your Body and enhance your body awareness and strength!
