Fierce X class is based on functional training that will boost your endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness. 
This class features explosive movements such as burpees, running, wall balls, sled push and pull, strength exercises using dumbbells and running intervals. This workout is perfect ffor those who plan to participate in competitions such as Redline, Hyrox or Spartan Race and for those who are looking for a more intense kind of a workout.
