Feldenkrais & Fascia
The two areas LEAST talked about, taught or addressed aspects of the body are the neuromuscular system engaging patterns of movement & fascia (connective tissue). Both systems were profoundly affected by how we processed our life experience.
In this class somatic understanding class, you will be given movements that are the tools needed to reestablish homeostasis, internally releasing held trauma & stress. Without techniques & tools, human beings tend to push those experiences into the unconscious which means they cannot leave the body.
LeAnn will give you tools and tips on how to understand, embody and release these neuromuscular tensions and patterns.
