What is Studio Nia Santa Fe?
We are a model Nia community devoted to living well and thriving in our bodies at any age. Guided by the joy of movement, we demonstrate the power of all mindful movement practices. We deliver sustainable, holistic fitness and world class education designed to inspire meaningful body and life transformation. Our movement practices are functional, adaptive, novel and inspirational. With our local and global partners, we are crafting a community culture that supports and empowers every body.
StudioNia Santa Fe is Dedicated to the Somatic Arts.
We offer both online + in person classes and all of our classes are dedicated to the somatic arts. We are body-based, health-based and offer functional fitness classes for all ages and abilities. You are sure to find something that fits your needs, with StudioNia!
All Classes are in Mountain Daylight Time and all classes are in-person (most are online also, but not all.) You may register in advance, but there is no need to, if you are in Santa Fe. Simply come on into the Studio! If you are registering online, do so about an hour before the class so that you may receive your Zoom link.
We offer 24-hour recordings of our classes and you can find them by following the instructions below:
To access Class Recordings...1) Log in to your Punchpass account and register for class before it begins. 2) After class has ended you will have access to the recording for 24 hours 3) Log in and go to the Content Library tab for the recording.
