Experience conscious, lightly guided, dance and movement, accompanied by tribal, shamanic, and trance music that creates the space to release tension and connect with mind, body and spirit. A variety of Pranayama breathing practices will be interwoven throughout dance and movement. As we close, we will Transition from dance into a short breath journey, guided visualization and rhythmic breathing to create space for healing, transformation, and realignment to self. Optional breath retentions are offered on the exhale, as well as the inhale, and participants are guided through the process of retentions in a way that feels safe and supportive.
