Enhance your health and fitness through the power of breath. This program integrates a variety of breath rhythms, Functional Isometric Training (FIT), somatic movement, and yoga to build strength, resilience, and vitality. Participants will learn to listen to their body and tap into its ability to heal through breath and movement, while also building strength, flexibility, and resilience. Breath practices based on ancient Pranayama and Buteyko methods will be used to improve breath hold time and practice intermittent hypoxia. Exercises support longevity, balance oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, improve endurance, and increase resistance to oxidative stress. Practices also stimulate stem cell release, enhance blood flow to muscles, connective tissue, and the heart, and strengthen joints, tendons, cartilage, and bones.
