Soma Breath Meditations use music, guided visualization and rhythmic breathing to reduce stress and create space for healing and transformation. Soma includes movement practices, including yoga and isometrics, guided by breath, as well as dance. Additionally, participants develop healthy breathing patterns with consistent practice, enabling them to remain grounded and connected with a higher and deeper sense of self. Classes include movement as well as a Soma Breath meditation, accompanied by optional breath retentions.
