Family Yoga

A beginner friendly yoga class that welcomes children as well as adults. This will be structured as a regular class, so not a child focused class. A child focused class would have more games and be more silly. This is a regular class, but incorporating kids into an adult practice. The vibe of the class will obviously be more loose than a regular class, but we'd like the kids to be able to follow along and stay on their mats, things like that. :)
