This class is great for beginners. It is geared towards people who don't want to put weight in their hands and/or who have a harder time getting up and down from the floor. We start on the floor, then do some standing, then come back down. There is no back and forth. This class is also great for people who just prefer to go slow and have a more mediative experience. Music is soft and instrumental.
