Yin is for anyone who wants to stretch out and chill. There are no standing poses, only stretching on the floor. This class can be taken by those who have never done yoga before. We hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes, so the body has a long time to really get a deep stretch. This class is great for people who are very inflexible and/or for people who want a quiet mediative class. Music is low and mostly instrumental.
