Intermediate/Advanced Pilates Interval Training requires an intermediate proficiency of both Apparatus & Mat work. Clients will learn additional Mat exercises, as well as exercises on the Reformer and Tower that will challenge their "powerhouse" connection. The exercises and tools developed in this class will build strength and endurance, challenge abdominal connection throughout, and focus on transitions and flow. Instructor approval is required to join this class.
"Grippy" socks are required for class. (Socks available for purchase at the studio.)
Please refrain from putting oils/lotions on prior to class.
