Join us for this yogis version of 'Lunch and Learn'. We'll start with a 45 minute outdoor practice designed to ground you for the remainder of your day.  Posture variations will be offered to accommodate yogis at all levels of experience.  After our yoga practice, if you’d like, stay to eat your brown bag lunch with us to build community and get to know one another!

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, lunch (if you plan to stay), and any props that you usually practice with (props are optional).  A variety of WIM teachers will alternate leading this practice. Pre-registration is required; regular class cards can be used. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to allow time to check in, set up and prepare for practice.  Please use a mask while walking around, according to CDC guidelines, and social distance. Outdoor classes are weather-dependent (check your email one hour before class starts if the weather looks iffy!).
