Join us for 45 minutes of mindfulness.  Each class will focus on bringing you to a grounded, centered, peaceful place.  Practices vary but can include any combination of breathwork, body awareness, chakra work, visualization, loving kindness, and mindfulness.  No prior experience necessary, just come with a willingness to be with yourself and expand into higher consciousness.
