Tranquility Yoga is a class designed for all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. The class focuses on breathing fully, deeply, and in coordination with movements of your limbs. Emphasis will be placed upon postures that aide in reducing stress and anxiety through activating the parasympathetic nervous system. By soothing the nervous system and calming the mind, stress hormone levels will decline allowing a physically stress-free state to be re-established. Give yourself permission to restore, relax and revitalize.
