In this all levels class we will start off with gentle poses and work up towards more active poses. We will explore our alignment in the postures and work towards holding poses for more cycles of breath. Mantras and yoga philosophy will be introduced in this class as well. All levels of students are welcome to attend. Individual attention will be given and poses modified to meet your practice where you are at so whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for awhile this class invites you to join us.
