All Levels yoga

Start your week off right! This mixed level class will begin with gentle poses and progress towards more invigorating poses throughout the class, meditation and breathing techniques will also be explored. All levels of students are welcome to attend. Individual attention will be given and poses modified to meet your practice where you are at so whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a long time this class welcomes you. Get up, get moving and start you week off right with us!
