Slow Flow Yoga

Relax, renew, and restore your mind, body and spirit with a specially designed sequence of poses that focus on connecting movement to breath. This self-care practice focuses on slower transitions between postures and longer posture holds while promoting inner reflection, a restoration of balance between the mental and physical bodies, and self-compassion. Beginners welcome and modifications for every body will be offered.
