In this workshop we will discuss common and safe herbal medicines that can be used to help strengthen our nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and support good quality sleep. You will have the opportunity to taste a variety of tinctures and teas and be given recipes and ideas of how to incorporate herbs into your daily life. The last half our of our class will consist of supported restorative yoga poses and meditation techniques that will aid us in furthering nervous system support. All welcome to attend. Bring a notebook and wear comfortable clothing.
