Deeply Restorative Yoga invites you to explore your practice by taking refuge in a calm center. This class focuses on yoga postures that require no muscular exertion, creating a sense of relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. Each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Throughout the class we will also use essential oils in a variety of ways to further promote a balanced energy flow. During the class, students will be guided to notice thoughts and sensations in their body. This yoga style provides a time for being instead of doing. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
