Using a foam roller in a Pilates class adds another layer of awareness, challenge and intensity. The foam roller encourages you to use your core muscles to stay centered, will make planks harder, and your glute, hamstring and back work will intensify.

Foam rollers are not just for self myofascial release. Want to experience another use?  Try this class. Participants will need to bring their own foam roller.
