A vinyasa-based (flowing) movement and breathwork class that invites you to reset, destress and tune in to your personal well-being. Every class is different as we’ll tap into what your body needs in the present moment. We’ll build and explore the foundations for flexibility, strength, and body-positivity through asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath).
