Using breathing techniques that help reduce and manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor. Gentle stretching will be encouraged to gently move different areas of your body, such as your neck and arms, through their full range of motion. Benefits of prenatal yoga include, better sleeps, reduced stress and anxiety, development in strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth and reducing lower back pain, headaches and shortness of breath.
