Reformer Rookie is our beginner friendly introduction to Pilates on the reformer.  This group setting class is designed for those who are brand new to the equipment and want to build confidence and understand how the reformer moves. 

In this session, you will get acquainted with all the essential parts of the reformer.  The carriage, footbar, straps, springs, shoulder blocks, and learn how each one supports your movement.  We will break down foundational Pilates exercises step by step, focusing on alignment, breath, and safe transitions on and off the machine.

This class moves at a comfortable pace, allowing time for questions, hands on guidance, and personalized support.

No experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!  Grippy socks required.  If you don't have a pair, no worries, we have them available for purchase in the studio.
