This targeted strength class is designed to tone, lift, and define where it counts. This class combines focused lower-body work to sculpt and strengthen the glutes with powerful upper body training to shape the arms.
Expect controlled strength sets, smart sequencing, and muscle burning finishers that build lean muscle. We will be using a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance to create balanced strength from top to bottom.
We teach at all fitness levels, whether you are a newbie or a seasoned participant.
