A beginner level Pilates session that uses the reformer machine to teach fundamental movements, proper form, and how to use the reformer. This class moves at a slower pace, focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
To register for our Novice Reformer class, participants must first complete Reformer Rookie or have prior reformer experience.
Grippy socks required. If you don't have a pair, no worries, we have them available for purchase in the studio.
