This class fuses the flexibility, mindful awareness, and breathwork of yoga with the core strength, stability, and controlled movements of Pilates.  It aims to improve posture, enhance stamina, build a strong foundation, and promote overall well-being through a combination of traditional yoga poses and Pilates exercises.
