A grounding Pilates-style strength class with light weights and controlled repetition for building muscle. Supportive for all levels.

Start your morning with a grounding, energizing strength class designed to help you build muscle, boost your energy, and feel strong heading into your day. This isn’t a yoga flow, it’s a Pilates-style strength session using light handheld weights, controlled repetition, and targeted arm, leg, and core work.

We move with intention, breath, and supportive guidance so you can challenge your muscles without overwhelming your body. Expect steady pacing, modifications for all levels, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes showing up feel easy and doable.

You’ll leave class feeling strong, accomplished, and genuinely proud of yourself, the perfect way to begin your day before the rest of the world needs you.
