If you are interested in meditation, or if you are already a meditator and want to deepen your practice, please join us.

In this workshop we will break down the basic mechanics of mediation in a way that is very logical and with a specific set of instructions you will learn how to have a tangible experience. In addition, we will provide you with the basic structure for you to become a self-sufficient meditator.

If you join the workshop, please be aware that you will need to be fully present for the duration of the session without any distractions.

Please bring pen and paper for an exercise.
