Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra class, includes a slow vinyasa based flow followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means sleep with full awareness. It is a deep relaxation and meditation technique for body, mind and soul.

Slow Flow is a slower vinyasa based class and a great addition to your practice. Including more ground based poses, longer holds, stillness and meditation.

Yoga Nidra means sleep with full awareness. It is a deep relaxation and meditation technique for body, mind and soul. Yoga Nidra will give incredible calmness, quietness and clarity on a mental, physical and emotional level. It helps with better sleep, stress relieve and improves concentration, creativity and intuition.

Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone and is a great way to wind down at the end of the day.
