Slow Flow is a slower vinyasa based class and a great addition to your practice. Including more ground based poses, longer holds, stillness and meditation.

In this class alignment is often facilitated by props to help every body achieve good alignment regardless of your age, flexibility or level of fitness. The use of props minimises the risk of injury or strain or can provide extra challenge. In this playful classes you are able to explore and deepen your yoga practice, whether you are a skilled yogi or new to yoga. Slowing things down allows your body awareness to evolve!

Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up and prepare. Bring a towel and water.
