Vinyasa Core in Casco Viejo

In this class we will start with our classic delicious Vinyasa practice of about 30 minutes, then we hit it with 30 minutes of core strengthening & finish the class with a deep stretch and relaxation. 

Join us for an in-person 75 minutes Vinyasa Core class in a beautiful building in Casco Viejo.

The studio is indoors with wooden floors.

What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle and yoga block optionally. (Limited mats and towels available at the studio)
