Yin Yoga & Sound Healing in Romeral

Experience a transformative yin yoga session, enhanced by the power of sound healing, where you will be guided through the yin poses, accompanied by soothing sounds and gentle vibrations created by ethnic and healing instruments. This carefully crafted atmosphere is designed to facilitate a profound connection with your inner being, allowing you to cultivate a sense of harmony and inner peace.

The first hour of class will be purely Yin Yoga guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation, followed by 30 minutes with Kata accompanying the gentle practice with live music and sound healing.

The event is indoors and we will use airconditioning.

The Workshop is 90 minutes and price is $30 for members and $35 for non-members of Casco Yoga.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, pillow and water bottle.

Your favorite soft blanket, socks and sweater might be comfortable as well.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the workshop to set up!
