Detox Yoga in Altos de Romeral

Join us for an in-person 90 minutes DETOX class at Eddie & Maya’s house in Altos de Romeral .

What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle and yoga block optionally.

Detox Yoga is a vinyasa practice held every Sunday with Maya from Casco Yoga Panama. The class is designed to make you feel renewed and rejuvenated. Squeeze and sweat out toxins with movement that focuses on breath and deep twists. Letting go both physically and emotionally of things not serving, creating space for creativity and inspiration.

This class is best suited to students with some experience; intermediate to advanced.
