In this class we will start with our classic delicious Vinyasa practice of about 25 minutes, then we hit it with 15 minutes of core strengthening & finish the class with a deep stretch and relaxation.
Join us for an in-person 60 minutes Vinyasa Core class in a beautiful building in Casco Viejo.
The studio is indoors with wooden floors.
What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle and yoga block optionally.
