Class is $12 (or included in your unlimited package), please bring your yoga mat, a towel and your water bottle!

Class is outdoors, if it rains we unfortunately need to cancel the outdoor practice and teach only online 🙏

This class is especially welcoming to anyone newer to yoga or working with upper body injuries (wrist, shoulder etc). No chaturangas & no down dog!

Hatha Yoga is an alignment based class, wrist light, strength building, and deeply healing practice. Connecting mind, body and breath but at a slower pace than our Vinyasa classes.

Your why will informs how and what will play out on your mat. We encourage you to find balance between effort and ease.
