This in person once per week 6 week-series will be held on Tuesdays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at the Silvertip Training Centre 1308 40th Ave. NE. Please wear flexible/comfortable clothing and bring indoor footwear to change into in our front lobby. Also, please bring a full water bottle.
