Purchase Pass

GRIZZLY CHALLENGE Boxing Camp 6-week training includes 3 formal sessions per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays starting at 7:30 pm.  Participants are encouraged to train independently in addition to these sessions.  Registering for this camp additionally grants you access to all open gym times at the club.  The purchase of this pass also includes a complimentary GRIZZLY CHALLENGE T-Shirt!  Below are the terms of this registration.

The Participant agrees to keep and obey all the rules and regulations now in-force or in future prescribed by Grizzly Cage Inc.  Grizzly Cage Inc. shall have the right to revoke any participant pass for cause, if the Participant fails to keep and obey any such rules and regulations, without refund to the participant of any monies paid under this purchase to Grizzly Cage Inc., or any of its agents. The Participant agrees that while using the facilities, he/she will not conduct himself/herself in a manner which may cause danger to or create a nuisance to other persons, or otherwise interfere with the use of the premises. 

The Participant represents and warrants that he/she is medically fit to undergo physical exercise and to use the facilities of Grizzly Cage Inc., and further represents that he/she is not aware of any physical or medical condition, which may be aggravated by physical activity or result in deterioration of health. 

The Participant agrees that Grizzly Cage Inc. shall not act as bailee of his/her personal property, and agrees that Grizzly Cage Inc. shall not be liable for the theft or loss of or damage to the personal property and effects of the Member.

Participant acknowledges that participation in boxing training and related activities at the Silvertip Training Centre involves inherent risks, including physical injury. Participant voluntarily assume all risks and agrees to release and hold harmless Grizzly Cage Inc., its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss or damage incurred during participation.

BY PURCHASING THIS PASS YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS CAREFULLY, THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, AND THAT YOU ARE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY CONSENTING TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS.  IF UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD, I CONFIRM THAT MY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN  READ, ACKNOWLEDGED AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
